Section 2257 Exemption

18 U.S.C. §2257 Exemption: All visual depictions appearing on OWNED.app are either (a) non-explicit fetish imagery exempt under 18 U.S.C. §2257 and §2257A, or (b) user-supplied content for which OWNED.app acts solely as an interactive computer service under 47 U.S.C. §230. No image or video on this domain depicts actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. §2256. Records are not required to be maintained.
