(“OWNED,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates OWNED.app and related domains, e-mails, social-media pages, and mobile experiences (together, the “Service”). We serve as an invitation-only directory of professional dominatrices and a traffic hub to their own booking links and social platforms. This Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and our [Terms & Conditions]. If you disagree, please do not use the Service. If you reside in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) or Switzerland, the data controller is Owned Global EU Ltd, Dublin, Ireland. For all other regions the controller is OWNED.app™

2. Information We Collect

Technical & Usage DataIP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring URLs, pages viewed, cookies, crash logs. Used for security, analytics, and to improve site performance.
Location DataApproximate location inferred from IP. We do not collect precise GPS unless you opt in on a mobile app.
Social AmplificationIf you grant permission, we collect your publicly posted images/video captions solely to repost on OWNED-controlled Instagram or X (Twitter) accounts.

3. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use first-party cookies and local storage to:

  • keep you logged in;
  • remember language or country filters;
  • gather anonymous analytics (via Plausible Analytics or comparable privacy-centred tools).

You can block cookies via your browser settings, but the Service may not function fully.

4. How We Use Your Information

  1. Operate & improve the Service and develop new features.
  2. Publish your Dominatrix Profileexactly as approved by you.
  3. Social Amplification(re-posting unaltered content with credit) only if you have opted in; you may withdraw at any time.
  4. Security & fraud-prevention(e.g., IP logging, rate-limiting).
  5. Legal compliance(KYC, tax, law-enforcement requests).
  6. Communications--service e-mails (account notices, policy updates). Marketing e-mails only if you opt in; every message includes an unsubscribe link.

5. Sharing & Disclosure

We never sell your personal data.
We share data only:

  1. With your consent—e.g., public listing, social reposts.
  2. Service providersperforming functions on our behalf (cloud hosting, image CDN, payment processors). These vendors access only the data needed to do their job and must keep it confidential.
  3. Legal or safety reasons—to comply with subpoenas, prevent fraud, or protect rights, safety, and property of OWNED, users, or the public.
  4. Business transfers—if OWNED merges, is acquired, or sells assets, data may transfer under the same privacy commitments.
  5. Aggregated or de-identified stats—never able to identify you.

  • Exercise GDPR rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority.
California resident
  • Exercise CCPA rights: know, delete, opt-out of “sale” (we do not sell).

We respond to verified requests within 30 days (45 days for CCPA).

7. Data Retention

We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy, or as required by law (e.g., financial-record retention). If you delete your profile, public content is removed within 24 hours; backups purge on a 30-day cycle.

8. Security

We follow industry best practices: HTTPS everywhere, encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, regular penetration testing. No system is 100 % secure; you share data at your own risk.

9. Children

OWNED.app is strictly 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Cross-Border Transfers

We host servers in the United States and the EU. When you use the Service, your data may be transferred to— and processed in—countries outside your own. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards for such transfers.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be announced by e-mail or an in-service banner at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
