How to find the next Pikachu Ex Holon Phantoms

The OWNED /regrade-scanner ranks tracked card stems by the price gap between grades — the multiple a card's value increases when graded up.

Top of the PSA 9 → PSA 10 leaderboard right now:

  • Pikachu Ex Holon Phantoms — PSA 9 $1,338 → PSA 10 $100,637 (75.2×)
  • Charizard — PSA 9 $928 → PSA 10 $29,186 (31.5×)
  • Charizard Base Set — PSA 9 $2,627 → PSA 10 $29,186 (11.1×)

Why these multiples happen

Holographic foil cards with delta-style or full-art treatments are notoriously hard to gem-mint. Centering, holo scratch, and edge whitening drop them to PSA 9. The relative supply imbalance between PSA 9 (lots) and PSA 10 (few) drives the multiple.

What to do with the leaderboard

NOT regrade blindly. The numbers are derived from our pricing engine's currentPrice field, which can be stale. A 75× multiple often reflects a single outlier PSA 10 sale rather than a real market arbitrage. Always:

  1. Verify the PSA 9 comp in Price Check.
  2. Pull the actual PSA 10 sales history (PSA APR or eBay sold).
  3. Subtract the cross-over fee ($50 PSA Economy → $300 PSA Super Express).
  4. Inspect the slab in-hand for sub-PSA-9 issues that would torpedo a regrade attempt.

New anchors shipped 2026-05-28

The scanner now supports six anchors: headline (best available), 9_10, 8_10, 8_9 (mid-ladder regrade — small bump, lower fee risk), raw_10, and raw_vs_psa1 (the floor case: identifies cards where raw is worth more than a damaged PSA 1, so you should NOT grade if it looks PSA-1 quality). Coverage stats are returned with every response so you can see at a glance which anchors have thin data vs solid data.
